Key Responsibilities
- Machine Wiring & Electrical Assembly: Assist in electrical wiring, panel assembly, sensor integration, and wiring harness setups at our manufacturing unit.
- Machine Operation & Print Trials: Conduct printing trials on assembled machines to test precision, alignment, print quality, and electrical safety before dispatch.
- In office Installation & Commissioning: Travel to client facilities across regions to support machine installation, initial wiring, trial runs, and handover.
- Customer Demonstration & Training: Assist in demonstrating machine operation and print process flow to client operators during on-site handovers.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve electrical glitches, wiring faults,
and operational errors during testing and field visits.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain strict adherence to electrical safety standards and industrial protocols.
Skill Development & On-the-Job Training We invest heavily in upskilling our technical team. In this role, you will receive hands-on training in:
- Printing Trials & Testing: Learning how to execute screen print trials, calibrate print settings, adjust parameters, and verify print quality on customer samples before machine dispatch and after installation.
- Machine Operation: Hands-on training on operating fully automated and semi-automated screen printing machinery.
- Advanced Automation & Controls: Learning PLC inputs/outputs, drive settings, sensor calibrations, and control panel troubleshooting from senior engineers.
