We are looking for an experienced Electrician to handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding machines and related plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend electrical breakdowns of blow moulding and injection moulding machines.
- Troubleshoot motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, heaters, panels, and control circuits.
- Handle electrical maintenance of moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo motor and control-panel-related issues.
- Check and maintain temperature controllers, proximity sensors and limit switches.
- Maintain electrical panels, wiring, cables, MCBs, MCCBs and distribution systems.
- Support machine installation, commissioning and electrical changeovers.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and spare-parts requirements.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, 5S and plant safety procedures.
