The Electrician is responsible for the electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems within the dairy facility. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, the ability to diagnose and address electrical issues promptly, and a commitment to safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Maintenance:

- Conduct routine electrical maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of electrical components and systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions in machinery and equipment.

Equipment Repair:

- Perform electrical repairs on dairy equipment, such as motors, pumps, conveyors, and control panels.
- Collaborate with maintenance team members to address multifaceted equipment issues.

Preventive Maintenance:

- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance procedures on electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Electrical Installations:

- Assist in the installation and wiring of new electrical equipment and systems.
- Ensure installations meet electrical codes and safety standards.

Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical systems.




- Maintain awareness of electrical safety guidelines and promote safe practices among team members.

Troubleshooting:

- Identify and resolve electrical problems efficiently to minimize production disruptions.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to address complex issues.

Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive records of electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Provide accurate reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications:

- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Electrician
- Proven experience as an Electrician in an industrial setting, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Robust understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and controls.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Proficiency in electrical testing equipment and tools.
- Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

Working Conditions:

- The Electrician will work in a dairy production facility and may be exposed to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Shift work may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
