ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN –

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment while ensuring secure and reliable operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and identify the root cause of equipment failures.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Perform cable laying, termination, glanding, and connection activities.
- Install and maintain electrical panels, motors, switches, lighting systems, and control equipment.
- Conduct electrical testing and ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.




- Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers, and clamp meters.
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to complete assigned work.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience

- 2–15 years of experience as an Electrical Technician.
- Experience in industrial, construction, plant, offshore, or maintenance projects is preferred.
