Key Responsibilities

- Execute HT & LT electrical works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project schedule.
- Supervise installation of:
- HT/LT Panels
- Transformers
- RMU
- Substations
- Rising Mains
- HT/LT Cables
- Cable Trays
- Earthing & Lightning Protection
- Internal & External Lighting
- Distribution Boards (DBs)
- Read and review GFC/shop drawings, SLDs and BOQs.
- Identify drawing, design and quantity discrepancies and coordinate for resolution.
- Plan daily manpower, materials and activities and monitor area/tower-wise progress.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, QA/QC, Safety, Civil, HVAC, Fire Fighting, ELV, Lift and other agencies.
- Coordinate material requirements, inspection, delivery, storage and Free Issue Material reconciliation.
- Prepare and verify measurements, quantity reconciliation, variation statements and support RA billing.
- Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
- Prepare/maintain test reports, handover documents and as-built documentation.
- Ensure compliance with approved method statements, ITPs, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Maintain DPR/WPR, drawing registers, inspection records and material documentation.
- Identify project delays/issues and support recovery plans to achieve project milestones.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Electrical Site Execution / MEP Projects.
- Experience in HT/LT electrical works.




- Experience in high-rise residential or large commercial projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical infrastructure and distribution systems.
- Experience with substations, transformers, RMU, HT/LT panels and rising mains.
- Knowledge of BOQ, measurements, quantity reconciliation and billing.
- Experience in electrical testing & commissioning.
- Strong client/consultant/PMC coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of electrical drawings and SLDs.
- Ability to independently manage an assigned electrical package.
- AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Preferred Project Experience Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:
- High-rise residential projects
- Large residential towers
- 33/11 kV substations
- HT/LT distribution
- Electrical testing & commissioning
- BOQ, estimation and billing
- Client/consultant/PMC coordination

Ideal Candidate A practical, hands-on Electrical Engineer who can take complete ownership of an assigned area/package and effectively manage: Drawing → Material → Manpower → Execution → Inspection → Testing & Commissioning → Billing → Handover
