Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Engineer – Projects to manage and supervise electrical site execution activities for industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, installation, testing, progress monitoring, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise electrical installation and site execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Execute electrical works including HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, cabling, lighting, earthing, and electrical equipment.
- Review electrical drawings, SLDs, layouts, cable schedules, and other project documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Carry out inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Check work quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight site issues, delays, and material requirements.
- Support quantity measurements, contractor billing,



and verification of completed works.
- Coordinate with the project team for timely resolution of technical and execution-related issues.

Qualification & Key Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–6 years of experience in electrical site execution/project work.
- Experience in industrial projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret SLDs, electrical layouts, cable schedules, and technical drawings.
- Experience in contractor and site team coordination.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety practices and relevant standards.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
