We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Management professional with strong hands-on experience in Wind Projects to take ownership of the complete electrical package—from pre-construction through project execution and final handover to the client.
? Key Responsibilities• Plan and manage all electrical activities, including design, schedules, materials, documentation and resources.
- Coordinate with site electrical teams, commercial teams, engineering disciplines, clients, vendors and contractors.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with client and contractor requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks and take proactive corrective actions.
- Conduct periodic project review meetings with site teams and report progress to management.
- Ensure timely completion of electrical works as per technical specifications, project timelines and budget.
- Monitor project financials, expenditures, client invoices, vendor invoices and payment follow-ups.
- Drive electrical project execution from pre-construction to commissioning and handover.
? Candidate Requirements✅ 8–12 years of total experience
✅ 2–3 years of experience managing electrical works of Wind Projects from the corporate/office environment
✅ Strong Wind Project experience is mandatory
✅ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
✅ Strong engineering acumen and understanding of contract documents
✅ Valuable knowledge of electrical activities and processes involved in Wind Projects
✅ Understanding of QA/QC and HSE requirements
✅ Excellent stakeholder management, communication and multitasking skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
⭐ PMP certification and experience with project monitoring tools will be an added advantage
✈️ Willingness to travel to project sites as and when required
