for Mechanical/Electrical engineer (STB & Coil Plant)

Location: IMT Manesar

Salary: negotiable

· Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.

· Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize production downtime.

· Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults and implement corrective actions.

· Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance records.

· Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely maintenance without affecting operations.

· Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.

· Ensure proper installation, commissioning, and testing of recent machines and equipment.

· Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate procurement of critical spares.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company maintenance procedures.

· Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

· Prepare maintenance reports,



equipment history, and downtime analysis.

· Support energy conservation initiatives and optimize utility equipment (compressors, DG sets, HVAC, applicable).

· Ensure calibration and maintenance of tools and measuring instruments.

· Participate in TPM, Kaizen, 5S, continuous improvement activities.

· Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF 16949, EMS, and OHS requirements (where applicable).

· Control maintenance costs while maintaining equipment reliability.
