Ensure reliability and availability of all machine tools, CNC, assembly equipment, and electrical systems through preventive and correctivemaintenance.

Implement RCM maintenance strategies to preserve system functions and minimize downtime.

Preventive Maintenance: Carry out CBM (Condition-Based) and TBM (Time-Based) maintenance across electrical and mechanical equipment.

RCM Implementation: Identify failure modes, prioritize risks, and select effective tasks to control them.

Breakdown Troubleshooting: Use circuit drawings, testing devices, and shortcut diagnostic methods to resolve breakdowns quickly.

Failure Recording: Document repeated/major breakdowns in CMMS, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Team & Contractor Management: Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure timely and effective maintenance execution.

Erection & Commissioning: Install and commission VMC & HMC machining centres (DMG, Mazak, Makino, GROB, WIA, Doosan), lathes, grindingmachines, robots,



and SPMs (balancing, honing, hardening, press).

PLC Programming: Read and write PLC programs in FANUC, MELSEC (Q, L & F series), SIEMENS (S7-(phone hidden)), ABB, etc.

NC Control Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair FANUC (18i, 16i, 160i, 180i, Power Mate) and SIEMENS (840D, 840Di, 802D, SL series) NC controls.

Industry Experience: Apply expertise in heavy engineering, automotive, and machine shop industries, including SPM, hardening, honing, lapping, plugpress, and sealant machines.

Key Skills & Competencies

Robust knowledge of CNC machines, robots, and assembly equipment.

Expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

Proficiency in PLC programming and NC control systems.

Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.

Familiarity with CMMS systems for breakdown history and analysis.
