Role Description The Electrical Panel Estimation Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role involves preparing cost estimates and proposals for electrical panels and related systems, including detailed BOQs, in line with project specifications and industry standards.

The engineer will review technical drawings, conduct quantity take-offs, and collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive estimates. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client requirements,



researching materials and market rates, supporting negotiations with vendors and clients, and updating estimation records for ongoing and upcoming projects. The role also includes contributing to process improvements and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in BOQ preparation and project estimation for electrical panels and industrial systems.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals; exposure to Civil Engineering concepts related to industrial installations is beneficial.
- Candidates should possess effective negotiation skills for coordinating with vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess research skills for analyzing technical specifications, market pricing, and industry standards.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in electrical panel design, estimation, or industrial automation projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an in office industrial environment.
