S-CCI India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Electrical Engineer - Plant Maintenance for its manufacturing facility at Chopanki/Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The position will report directly to the Factory DGM and will have technical responsibility for the electrical reliability and safety of the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• HT/LT electrical distribution systems

• Transformers, PCCs, MCCs and electrical control panels

• Large industrial motors and motor-control systems

• VFDs, starters, contactors, relays, breakers and protection systems

• DG, UPS, APFC, earthing and plant electrical distribution

• Electrical systems associated with pumps, compressors, chillers, filling lines, blow-moulding machines and other production equipment

• Troubleshooting electrical breakdowns and identifying root causes

• Preventive maintenance and periodic inspection of electrical systems

• Monitoring motor loads, insulation, phase balance, temperatures and protection systems

• Electrical safety and proper isolation/LOTO practices

• Supervision of in-house electrical technicians

• Technical supervision of the factory's electrical contractors





• Coordination with OEMs and specialist service agencies

• Maintaining electrical drawings, equipment records and critical-spares requirements

Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Preferably 8-12 years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant

• Strong knowledge of industrial HT/LT systems, MCC/PCC panels, motors, VFDs and electrical protection

• Experience with substantial connected electrical loads and heavy industrial equipment preferred

• Must be capable of independently diagnosing electrical faults rather than depending entirely on contractors

• Should be comfortable spending substantial time on the factory floor

• Solid understanding of electrical safety is essential
