Job Summary:

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong foundation in electronic circuit design, simulation, and PCBA testing, combined with a blend of C/C++ programming knowledge. The role involves providing engineering solutions, contributing technically to circuit design and testing, and ensuring the reliability and functionality of PCBAs. The position is based in Pune, India, and targets female candidates from premier institutes like IIT/NIT with 1–3 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop electronic circuit diagrams and schematics as per requirements.

- Collaborate with firmware or FPGA engineers by defining requirements and specifications.

- Guide CAD designers with bill of materials and PCB layout specifications, reviewing their work.

- Produce technical documentation needed for PCBA sustenance, such as design documents, manuals, and test procedures.

- Engage in detailed analysis of designs, perform circuit simulation, PCBA testing, debugging, and functional evaluation of components.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong technical understanding of electronic components and circuits.

- Hands-on experience in electronic circuit design.





- Proficient in circuit simulation tools like PSpice, LTSpice, or Cadence.

Industry Experience:

- Professional background in electronics engineering is essential, preferably with experience in mixed-signal electronics, focusing on the design, analysis, and testing of PCBAs.
