This role will support deployment automation, release governance, environment management, and delivery process optimization using Salesforce DevOps tools and modern engineering practices. - Role: Salesforce DevOps Engineer - Location: Pune - Experience: 5 to 8 Years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: - Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications. - Implement deployment automation using tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions. - Manage source control repositories and branching strategies using Git. - Support Salesforce deployments using SFDX, Metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment frameworks. - Perform environment management, sandbox refreshes, data migration, and release coordination activities. - Troubleshoot deployment failures, merge conflicts, and environment-related issues. - Implement automated validation, testing, quality gates,



release governance, security, and audit requirements. Expertise You'll Bring: - 5 to 8 years of IT experience with strong focus on Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD. - Hands-on experience with Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. - Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, version control, and release management. - Experience with Salesforce DX, Metadata API, DevOps Center, and Deployment Pipelines. - Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Service Cloud and Health Cloud. - Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps practices, automated testing frameworks, and deployment quality gates. - Nice to have: Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification, Copado or DevOps certification, Agentforce deployment experience, and exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, or Azure.
