Job Description
- Manage equity capital market transactions from start to finish
- Advise stakeholders on equity financing strategies and solutions
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution
- Provide insights into market trends and opportunities
- Prepare and review financial models and transaction documents
- Support business development initiatives and client pitches
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements




- Build and maintain solid client relationships

The Successful Applicant
- Real Estate/ Infra Investments or Investment Banking experience [5-10 years]
- MBA or CA
- Strong knowledge of equity capital markets/ fundraise/ structuring
- Experience with financial modelling and transaction documentation in the Real Estate and Infrastructure space
