Job Description
- Develop and execute a 3 to 5-year India growth strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize profitable growth opportunities across transmission fluids, axle fluids, manual transmission fluids, automatic transmission fluids, e-fluids, and off-road mobility segments.
- Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline, converting market opportunities into commercial success through collaboration with sales, technology, and strategic marketing teams.
- Drive portfolio deployment and lifecycle management, including commercialization, optimization, and rationalization activities.
- Evaluate market needs and identify portfolio gaps,



recommending current product developments, technical solutions, and claim extensions.
- Act as the voice of the Indian market by monitoring OEM developments, lubricant trends, competitive activity, and emerging mobility technologies.
- Develop business cases, market forecasts, and strategic recommendations to support investment and growth initiatives.
- Support the development of differentiated value propositions and strengthen customer engagement through technical and commercial expertise.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, lubricant manufacturers, and key industry stakeholders within the on-road and off-road mobility ecosystem.
- Leverage deep understanding of driveline fluids, including transmission, gearbox, and axle applications, to support customer growth and technology adoption.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or a related discipline.
