Job Description
- Drive revenue and profitability growth for the catalysts business across India.
- Manage and grow key customer relationships, particularly within the pharmaceutical and API manufacturing segments.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with broader business objectives and growth plans.
- Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
- Lead key account planning through customer mapping, buying-center analysis, and strategic engagement plans.
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage commercial offers, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Implement pricing strategies that balance profitability with market competitiveness.
- Develop robust sales forecasts and contribute to annual budgeting and business planning processes.
- Evaluate and capitalize on emerging business opportunities within the catalysts market.
- Monitor market trends, customer developments, competitor activities, and recent technologies to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with distributors, channel partners, and sales agents to maximize market coverage and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to support growth initiatives and deliver customer solutions.
- Drive expansion of the catalysts portfolio while maintaining targeted profitability levels.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Science is mandatory.
- Chemical Engineering qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience within specialty chemicals, catalysts, chemicals
