nJob Summary
nWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior IBM Sterling OMS Developer/Lead with extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale Order Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in IBM Sterling OMS architecture, customization, integrations, and production support, while providing technical leadership to development teams and driving solution design for complex retail and eCommerce ecosystems.
nKey Responsibilities
nLead the design, development, and implementation of IBM Sterling OMS solutions across order capture, fulfillment, sourcing, inventory, and returns management.
nDrive end-to-end solution architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to project teams.




nDesign and develop complex Sterling customizations including APIs, Services, User Exits, Agents, Pipelines, Transactions, and Events.
nArchitect integrations with eCommerce platforms, ERP, WMS, CRM, Payment Gateways, and third-party logistics providers.
nPerform code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.
nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
nLead production support activities, incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization initiatives.
nCollaborate with architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and offshore/onshore teams.
nEnsure adherence to best practices for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
nSupport deployment activities and CI/CD implementation across environments.
nRequired Technical Skills
n8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on IBM Sterling OMS development experience.
