Industry: Bulk Material Handling / Conveyor Systems
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Experience: 3 to 8 years preferred
Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical design and engineering for belt conveyors, pipe conveyors, feeders, crushers and material handling systems.
- Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD), control schematics, wiring diagrams and panel drawings.
- Selection and sizing of motors, VFDs, MCCs, PLCs, sensors, cables and electrical components.
- Review of MCC/PCC and PLC control panel designs with Customers
- Prepare cable schedules, I/O lists, BOM and electrical load calculations.
- Develop PLC/SCADA control philosophy .
- Coordinate electrical design with Mechanical and Project Engineering teams.
- Review vendor drawings and technical specifications.
- Support commissioning and troubleshooting at site when required.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical standards and customer specifications.
Desired Technical Skills
- AutoCAD
Positive understanding of motor control and conveyor interlocking logic.
- Experience with BOM, cable sizing, voltage-drop calculations and load schedules.
