Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer with experience in retail environments to design, plan, and oversee electrical systems for our retail stores, warehouses, and experience centers. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, productive, and cost-effective electrical layouts aligned with brand standards and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical layouts for retail stores, including lighting, power distribution, ELV systems, and backup power solutions.

- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, BOQs, load calculations, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and vendors for execution.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise electrical installations during store fit-outs.
- Optimize energy consumption and recommend cost-effective solutions.




- Troubleshoot electrical issues during installation and post-launch.
- Support new store launches and renovation projects across locations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in retail, D2C, or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of lighting design, power systems, DG sets, UPS systems, and ELV systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other electrical design software.
- Understanding of safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of energy-efficient lighting and sustainability practices.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in multi-location retail rollout projects.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
