Roles & Responsibilities:

- E/E Architecture Strategy & Roadmap: Define the long-term technology roadmap for vehicle electrical systems. Own the transition from legacy distributed architectures to Centralized Computing and Zonal Architectures utilizing high-performance compute (HPC) platforms.
- Technical Authority & Sign-Off: Act as the final technical gatekeeper and sign-off authority for vehicle-level circuit diagrams, grounding concepts, network databases, and power distribution topologies.
- Cross-Functional Technical Governance: Chair major Design Reviews and Architecture Governance boards, driving alignment across conflicting engineering pillars such as ADAS, Powertrain, Infotainment, and Body Electronics.
- Strategic Supplier & Partner Management: Lead the technical evaluation and selection of Tier-1 partners and global semiconductor foundries. Author technical RFQs (Request for Quotations) and define the software/hardware splitting strategies (who owns which layer of code).
- Functional Safety & Cybersecurity Direction: Act as a champion for ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434 standards. Set the overarching system-level safety goals (up to ASIL-D) and cybersecurity boundaries (secure boots, firewalls, and cryptographic trust anchors) for the entire fleet.
- Process Excellence & ASPICE: Establish robust engineering workflows and development processes, ensuring the global team meets ASPICE (Automotive SPICE) Capability Level 2 or 3 standards.

Talent Mentorship & Technical Culture: Mentor and grow the technical capabilities of Lead Engineers, Component Owners, and Architects across the organization.

Must-Have Technical Skills

- Holistic Systems & Network Architecture

-Next-Gen Computing: Deep experience designing networks with high-performance computing

platforms, hypervisors, and service-oriented communication.

-High-Bandwidth Communication: Expert-level mastery of Automotive Ethernet (TSN,



SOME/IP) along with classic automotive networks (CAN-FD, LIN).

-Power Distribution Evolution: Extensive experience designing intelligent power grids featuring eFuses, smart semiconductor switches, and redundant power nets for autonomous driving backup.

- High-Level Engineering Frameworks

-AUTOSAR Strategy: Deep familiarity with both AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive platforms to govern complex software deployments across multiple processors.

-Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): System-level architecture design experience using tools like PREEvision, SystemWeaver, or Enterprise Architect.

-Over-The-Air (OTA) & Fleet Cloud: Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end security architectures for OTA flashing and vehicle-to-cloud interfaces.

- Standards, Legal & Regulatory Compliance

-Safety & Security Standards: Expert-level execution of ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and ISO/SAE 21434 (Cybersecurity).

-Global Regulations: Solid knowledge of international regulatory frameworks such as UN ECE R155 (Cybersecurity) and R156 (Software Updates).
