The roleWe're looking for an Ecom Marketing Executive to help drive growth across our D2C website. Retention is a core part of the mandate — building segments, running lifecycle campaigns, and bringing customers back — but the role goes broader, spanning the day-to-day marketing that keeps our online business growing. You'll own our CRM and retention stack, work across channels, and turn customer data into repeat revenue.

What you'll do

- Own retention and lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS




- Build customer segments and journeys that drive repeat purchase and LTV
- Run campaigns and automations across our CRM and engagement tools
- Support broader ecom marketing — website, promotions, and on-site conversion
- Manage our Shopify store and keep the online experience sharp
- Track performance across retention and ecom metrics, and optimize continuously
- Work with content, creative, and performance teams to keep campaigns aligned

- What we're looking for

- 3+ years in ecom or retention marketing for a D2C or consumer brand
- Hands-on experience with retention and engagement tools (Bitspeed, Kwikengage, WebEngage, or similar)
- Shopify experience is a must
- Strong grip on segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and customer data
- Analytical, organized, and comfortable owning campaigns end to end
