Key Responsibilities

- Manage and process orders on

Amazon, B&Q;, and eBay

.

- Ensure orders are accurately processed, packed, labeled, and dispatched within timelines.

- Prepare in-house cut sheets, courier labels, collection labels, and inventory labels

.

- Prepare courier manifests and update tracking details through

CSV uploads and manual entry

.

- Maintain courier and Royal Mail sheets for relevant samples/orders.

- Send customer updates regarding delivery status, including delivered, porch delivery, neighbor delivery, carded, and handover cases.

- Coordinate with suppliers regarding label and rug print-window queries and ensure timely product delivery.

- Manage product availability across websites and remove

SM, MD, and LR items when required.

- Handle returned orders and assign

Vendor Hold (VH)

where required.

- Maintain and regularly update

VH and inventory-related records

.

- Coordinate with internal teams, couriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve order and delivery issues.





Requirements

- Experience in e-commerce order processing, fulfillment, dispatch, or logistics

.

- Hands-on experience with platforms such as

Amazon, eBay, or similar e-commerce marketplaces

; B&Q; experience will be an advantage.

- Good knowledge of

CSV files, data entry, and order/tracking updates

.

- Familiarity with courier coordination, manifests, and label generation.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

- Basic understanding of inventory and returns management.
