Backend for Frontend (BFF) engineer for dealer ecommerce on mobile.Key responsibilities

- Build a proxy / BFF that passes ecommerce + Coveo search APIs to the mobile team
- Shape auth, errors, and responses into clean mobile contracts
- Work across catalog, price, inventory, cart, checkout, order history, account
- Partner with Salesforce Commerce, search, and enterprise API owners
- Use AI (agents / RAG) for practical team tools, not research science

Must have

- 2–5 years backend / API experience (Node preferred) — APIs, gateways, proxies
- Salesforce Commerce familiarity (cart, account, orders)




- Search engine experience (Coveo preferred)
- Hands-on agent tools or RAG build
- Clear handoff with mobile team

Nice to have

- Mesh / MuleSoft / SAP integrations
- React Native BFF patterns
- OpenAPI, caching, retry / idempotency
