The role

We're hiring a Junior Ecommerce Executive — Quick Commerce to own our daily operations on Blinkit, and expand to Zepto and Swiggy Instamart as we grow. You'll be the person making sure every purchase order is acknowledged, dispatched, and fulfilled on time, every day. Fast pace, tight SLAs, real ownership from day one.

What you'll do

- Monitor the Blinkit seller portal daily for incoming purchase orders (POs).
- Acknowledge POs within SLA and coordinate dispatch from the warehouse
- Track SKU-level fill rates, in-stock rates, and cancellations per dark store / city
- Maintain a daily PO tracker - orders received, dispatched, delivered, rejected — and share end-of-day summaries
- Coordinate with warehouse/3PL for on-time pick-pack-dispatch
- Follow up with Blinkit category managers and city ops teams to resolve issues, get catalog live, run promotions
- Flag stockouts and slow-movers to the founder for replenishment and range decisions
- Manage catalog updates, MRP changes, image swaps, promo enrolment on the Blinkit portal
- Pull weekly performance reports - GMV, orders, fill rate, cancellations by SKU and city




- As we go live on Zepto and Instamart, own those PO cycles too

What we're looking for

- 0–2 years of ops or ecommerce experience (sharp freshers with transparent interest in quick commerce are welcome)
- Detail-obsessed — one missed PO is a full day of lost revenue in this channel
- Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets — pivot tables, filters, VLOOKUP
- Willing to check the portal first thing in the morning and stay on top of the daily cycle
- Comfortable communicating with Blinkit ops teams in English and Hindi
- Structured mindset — loves checklists, trackers, and hitting SLAs

Nice to have

- Prior hands-on experience with Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart / BigBasket seller portals
- Understanding of the dark-store model, city-wise catalog logic, and dynamic pricing
- Comfort coordinating with warehouse or 3PL teams
