We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon.
Job Details:

- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of experience in International BPO / Voice Process
- Salary: Up to ₹32,000 per month in-hand
- Process: International Travel Voice Process
- Shift: Rotational shifts
- Transport: Both-side cab / TA
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to travel services
- Assist customers with bookings, modifications and cancellations
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related concerns
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions over voice
- Maintain skilled communication and customer service standards
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of International BPO / Voice Process experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Candidates with relevant travel process or international voice experience will be preferred
