About the Role: The Early Childhood Educator will work full-time, on-site in Patna, supporting the holistic development of young children in a preschool environment.

Key responsibilities include

- Planning and facilitating age-appropriate, play-based and inquiry-driven learning experiences
- Creating a warm, safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development
- Observing, documenting and assessing children’s learning and progress
- Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Preparing and organizing classroom materials and learning resources
- Supporting and contributing to school events and community activities
- Collaborating with fellow educators and classroom assistants
- Maintaining classroom routines, records, portfolios and documentation
- Following Dibber’s pedagogy, educational standards, policies and practices

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for educators who have a genuine passion for working with young children and are committed to creating meaningful learning experiences.

Qualifications & Experience:





- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, B.Ed. or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in preschool, childcare or early years education
- Freshers with the right attitude and passion for early childhood education are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Development and play-based learning
- Previous experience in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred

- Creativity and the ability to design engaging, hands-on learning experiences
- Strong organization and classroom management skills
- Attention to detail in documentation and record keeping
- Ability to work collaboratively with children, families and colleagues
- Ability to create an inclusive, safe and respectful environment for children from diverse backgrounds
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn, unlearn and adapt
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages spoken in Patna is an advantage
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
