About Enterprise AI Group – Capabilities & Value Delivery The team is responsible for designing and ensuring value delivery from the Enterprise AI program. The team works closely with technology as well as business/function areas across the bank to

- build AI capabilities in the context of business use cases
- ensure sustainable scale-up of key AI programs
- drive measurable impact

About the Role This is a high visibility role that drives capability building and business outcomes from a portfolio of key AI initiatives, collaborating with business, technology, and risk teams to embed AI into banking workflows in a sustainable manner. Key Responsibilities

- Drive the end-to-end delivery of allocated enterprise AI solutions as Capability PM, working with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale reusable AI modules
- As Capability /AI PM, work on building of one or more Enterprise AI capabilities- Voice, Video Analytics, Doc, Knowledge Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify avenues to drive business impact using AI
- Ensure adherence to governance principles and relevant regulations, working as required with assurance functions
- Prepare periodic updates to leadership, Board & investors

Qualifications

- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields/ top-tier MBA




- 8+ years of experience in BFSI in digital strategy & transformation / AI/ML / analytics
- Certifications in AI, Data Science

- Deep familiarity with banking operations & tech, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability in driving digital transformation and understanding of AI concepts
- Knowledge of automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate), cloud services, and data governance.

- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization abilities.
- Hands-on skill with tools like copilot to unlock personal productivity
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Ability to create /guide team to create executive-ready presentations and reports.

Abilities
- Ability to constantly learn on the job and stay informed about external developments in AI, and apply the learnings in the Bank’s context
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Drive outcomes from cross-functional teams across technology and business in a energetic environment.
