Role Description This is a full-time, on-site E3D Modeller role based in Kochi. The E3D Modeller will create and update 3D models for piping, mechanical, structural, and related disciplines using AVEVA E3D or similar tools, in line with project specifications and industry standards. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings and documents, coordinating with design and engineering teams, and ensuring model accuracy for clash detection, layout optimization, and constructability.

The E3D Modeller will prepare and extract deliverables such as isometrics, GA drawings,



and material take-offs, while maintaining organized model databases and revision control. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and engineers, supporting design reviews, addressing model comments, and contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in E3D or equivalent 3D modelling software for piping, mechanical, and structural design, with the ability to produce accurate and detailed models.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documents, including P&IDs;, equipment layouts, structural drawings, and specifications.
- Experience preparing design deliverables such as isometric drawings, GA drawings, and material take-offs, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Understanding of industrial plant design practices, layout optimization, and basic knowledge of safety, constructability, and industry codes.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams on-site.
- Good problem-solving skills, adaptability to project requirements, and ability to manage workloads and deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline; prior experience in industrial or process plant projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with other CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, PDMS, or similar) and experience in consulting or EPC environments will be beneficial.
