About the Role:
We are seeking an organized eCommerce Operations Executive to manage daily order processing and ensure smooth backend logistics. You will work closely with our warehouse, logistics partners, and customer support teams to track dispatches, update order statuses, and resolve delivery issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Process and manage daily customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch and system updates.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse teams and courier/logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery or return issues.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily reports on orders, dispatches, pending shipments, and returns.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work directly with the customer support team to address order discrepancies or customer delivery queries.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Freshers with strong computer literacy or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in eCommerce/logistics operations.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, Advance Excel, strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting, and familiarity with eCommerce/logistics tools.
- Key Attributes: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and organized process-oriented mindset.
- Work Setup: Full-time in office, day shift.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
