E-commerce Growth Specialist (JioMart, ShopClues & D2C Website)

Are you an expert at driving sales on top Indian marketplaces and boosting D2C website traffic? We are looking for a result-driven E-commerce Specialist to take charge of our online expansion across JioMart, ShopClues, and our official D2C website.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketplace Operations: End-to-end account management on JioMart and ShopClues (listing, cataloging, inventory sync, order fulfillment, and pricing).
- Sales Growth: Run targeted marketplace ads, participate in platform flash sales, and optimize product visibility to drive daily orders.
- Website Traffic Generation: Implement SEO, PPC/Meta ads,



and digital campaigns to drive quality traffic and conversions to our D2C website.
- Analytics & Performance: Monitor key metrics (ROAS, conversion rates, traffic sources, and customer acquisition costs) to optimize marketing spend.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of managing and scaling sales on JioMart and ShopClues.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO) to generate website traffic.
- Robust understanding of e-commerce inventory management, listing optimization, and customer retention strategies.
