About the Role

Business Only is launching a new vertical helping Indian manufacturers scale onto Amazon's international marketplaces — Amazon.com (US), Amazon UK, and Amazon EU. We're looking for a Senior E-Commerce Manager to independently own seller onboarding, marketplace operations, and ad-driven GMV growth for our manufacturer clients expanding overseas.

Key Responsibilities

- Onboard Indian manufacturers onto Amazon Global Selling (US, UK, EU) — account setup, compliance, and go-live
- Own end-to-end marketplace operations: listings, cataloguing, A+ Content, pricing, and inventory planning
- Plan and execute Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) to drive GMV and ROAS across international accounts
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, and profitability; report performance to clients regularly
- Manage account health, returns, claims, and marketplace compliance issues




- Identify growth opportunities across categories and new international marketplaces
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, creatives, logistics) to keep client accounts running smoothly
- Stay current on Amazon Global Selling policies, algorithm changes, and cross-border e-commerce trends

What We're Looking For ✅ 3–4+ years in E-Commerce, with strong hands-on Amazon Seller/Vendor Central experience

✅ Proven experience with international/global marketplaces (US, UK, or EU) — this is a must-have, not a nice-to-have

✅ Experience independently managing marketplace accounts end-to-end

✅ Solid grip on Amazon Ads, ROAS optimization, and performance reporting

✅ Working knowledge of cross-border compliance, logistics, and onboarding processes

✅ Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable owning outcomes independently
