We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage and oversee our complete online business operations. The candidate will be responsible for Shopify website management, product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, shipping, returns/exchanges, refunds, customer support, discounts, and day-to-day e-commerce operations. The role also involves monitoring online sales and performance, preparing reports, coordinating with marketing and logistics teams, and identifying opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
Strong hands-on Shopify and e-commerce experience, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently manage operations are essential.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
