Positions

- E-commerce Manager (Commercial Office – NCR)

Mandatory Requirements

- Relevant hotel experience of 5 years, with exposure to e-commerce within the hospitality industry.
- Strong Leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of operational procedures, industry best practices, and statutory compliance relevant to the role. Well versed with key skills pertaining to Channel management, Website optimization, digital campaigns, data and analytics covering trends, funnel, ROI and revenue opportunity, collaboration with sales, marketing and revenue functions
- Relevant experience and familiarity with revenue management practices
- Language proficiency in English.




- To be able to work in a team environment
- Willingness to travel locally or within India, Bhutan and Nepal
- Positive attitude with a proactive “Can Do” mindset and a commitment to exceed expectations

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree, Digital Marketing Learning Programme
- Experience: 5 years in hotel digital marketing, e-commerce, or revenue management in a similar role, managing multiple hotels
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, booking engine platforms, channel managers, and basic SEO/SEM, understanding applications in AI based environment
- Soft Skills: Robust analytical mindset, project management, and communication skills.
