Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage product catalogues across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring product information, pricing, images, descriptions, and other details are accurate and consistent.
- Create, upload, and maintain product listings on Shopify, Etsy, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Regularly update website content, product pages, collections, and other online store information.
- Create visually appealing product promotions, graphics, and marketing content using AI tools and other digital tools.
- Develop and support digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online channels.
- Manage and maintain business social media and digital marketing accounts.
- Create and set up new Shopify stores when required, including basic store configuration and product setup.
- Use AI tools effectively for research, content creation, product descriptions, marketing materials, and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Identify opportunities to use technology, automation, and AI to complete tasks more efficiently and save time.
- Perform data entry, reporting, research, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Follow instructions accurately while also being able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Plan and manage your own workload, prioritise tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Use smart working methods to improve productivity, reduce repetitive work, and complete tasks efficiently.
- Assist with other e-commerce, website, marketing, and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma qualification or above.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good computer, internet, and digital skills.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and business social media.




- Basic knowledge of Shopify and web development/web editing is desirable.
- Experience with Shopify, Etsy, eBay, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to learn and use AI tools effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage your own workload, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and smart-working mindset, with the ability to find productive ways to complete tasks and save time.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn new software, platforms, and technologies quickly.
- Ability to work effectively from home and maintain consistent productivity.
