Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our jewellery e-commerce website. The candidate will be responsible for website management, product updates, order coordination, data management, and ensuring smooth functioning of the online store.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce website. Upload and update jewellery products, images, descriptions, prices, and SKUs.

- Manage online orders, inventory, returns, and product availability.

- Coordinate with the merchandising, inventory, marketing, and sales teams.

- Prepare sales and inventory reports and maintain MIS.

- Ensure accuracy of website content and product information.

- Identify and report website-related issues.

- Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in jewellery/fashion.

- Solid MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.

- Good understanding of website/e-commerce operations.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Detail-oriented and organised.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
