We are looking for someone to manage and look after our Shopify store and help with our day-to-day online business.
The person should have a good understanding of Shopify and e-commerce and should be able to work independently.
Main Responsibilities
Shopify
Add recent products to Shopify.
Update product details, prices, images and descriptions.
Make basic changes to the website layout, banners, menus and collections.
Keep the website updated and make sure everything is working properly.
Add or manage Shopify apps and integrations when required.
Facebook & Instagram
Connect and manage our Shopify products on Facebook and Instagram.
Coordinate with the social media and advertising agency.
Share product information, offers and other requirements with the agency.
Follow up with the agency and make sure things are completed properly.
Data & Sales
Check Shopify sales and website data regularly.
Track which products are selling well and which are not.
Check website traffic, orders and other important numbers.
Suggest ways to improve the website and increase online sales.
Inventory
Keep track of online inventory.
Make sure stock shown on Shopify is correct.
Coordinate with the inventory/store team when stock needs to be updated.
Make sure products that are out of stock are handled correctly.
Billing & Orders
Help with online orders and billing.
Check payments, invoices, refunds and cancellations.
Coordinate with the accounts team when there are billing issues.
Logistics
Coordinate with the logistics/courier team for online orders.
Track orders and follow up on delayed or failed deliveries.
Help manage returns and exchanges.
Make sure orders are dispatched on time.
What We Are Looking For
Good knowledge of Shopify.
Previous experience in e-commerce is preferred.
Comfortable adding and managing products on Shopify.
Basic understanding of Facebook/Instagram and online advertising.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Good with numbers and data.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Able to coordinate with different teams and agencies.
Should be able to identify problems and suggest improvements.
Should be comfortable working independently.
Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

The person should be proactive, organised and willing to take ownership of the Shopify store, online orders, inventory, marketing coordination and related work.
