Role Description The E-commerce Executive will manage and grow the company’s online sales channels, including marketplaces and the company website, in a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. Day-to-day responsibilities include listing and updating products, optimizing content and pricing, monitoring inventory and order flows, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports,



and implementing strategies to increase conversions and revenue.

The E-commerce Executive will also collaborate with marketing and account management teams to run campaigns, manage promotions, and maintain a strong online brand presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive online revenue and manage sales processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Team Management skills to maintain client relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and support decision-making for e-commerce growth.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital marketing tools is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in e-commerce operations.
