Business Operations (BizOps) — E-commerce

About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership, analytical Business Operations (BizOps) skilled to drive growth and operational excellence across our e-commerce business, with a strong focus on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across growth, category, marketing, supply chain, and product to identify opportunities, solve business problems, and execute initiatives that improve revenue, profitability, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and monitor key e-commerce metrics including GMV, revenue, orders, AMS, margins, and overall marketplace performance.
- Analyze business and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Manage and optimize product listings, including content, pricing, availability, and overall listing performance.
- Work with category and merchandising teams to improve assortment, pricing, promotions, and product performance.
- Monitor inventory, availability, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and other operational metrics.
- Track marketplace performance and identify issues impacting sales, visibility, and profitability.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce,



business operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, category management, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good understanding of e-commerce metrics.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong understanding of product listings, revenue, margins, marketing, pricing, and marketplace operations.
- Excellent communication.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of problems end-to-end.
- High attention to detail with a strong bias toward action and execution.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, or other e-commerce/marketplace businesses.
- Hands-on familiarity with Seller Central, Vendor Central, listing management, promotions, pricing, and marketplace analytics.
- Experience analyzing sales, inventory, advertising, and product-level performance.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
