Key Responsibilities

- In-depth Product Expertise: Maintain an extensive understanding of our diverse product range, including finishes, design options, pricing, and terms. Your expertise will be pivotal in swiftly addressing customer inquiries and facilitating informed decisions
- - Lead Generation and Management: Identify and qualify potential leads, engaging them with compelling presentations and consistent follow-ups to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through active follow ups, arranging meetings, and collaborating with our design team to propose tailored solutions that lead to successful conversions.
- Trust Building: Establish and sustain solid,



professional relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and go-to person throughout the design and decision-making process.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Brigade Plus team post-booking to guide clients through the design process, ensuring seamless coordination and a satisfactory conclusion.

- A goal-oriented professional.
- Experience in residential or interior sales or support is highly desirable.
- An engaging personality coupled with outstanding communication skills. Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
