Must-Have

- Responsible for the design of DC disaster recovery architecture and design of data redundancy technology across DC(Data center) to cooperate with public cloud components to achieve cross-DC disaster recovery 2. Responsible for DC disaster technical plan, design & build, implement and test based on Customer specifications 3. Responsible for Identifying and documenting single points of failure and the potential impacts 4. Experience in development of continuity of Operations (COOP) and Disaster Recovery Plan 5. Experience with enterprise management architecture, technologies and vendor products 6. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills 7. Excellent oral, presentation ability and written communication skills 8. Ability to operate in a fast paced environment, assimilating large amounts of information quickly, and developing strategies and products with a minimal amount of oversight 9. Strong client relationship skills, particularly with senior executives, e.g., CIOs and CTOs.

Valuable-to-Have 10. Working knowledge of server virtualization and cloud technologies and vendor offerings 11. Working knowledge of infrastructure-layer security design patterns, technologies and products 12. Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Compute (different kind of servers - rack-mounted, blade, etc.and operating systems), Networks ( LANs, WANs, MANs,



mobile devices and associated standards and protocols), Storages (SAN, NAS, CAS), and Backup & Security.
- General applications knowledge 14. HUGE PLUS, some experience with DR Automation tool like Zerto, Perpetuuiti, IBM Sanovi etc.

2 Creates best practice technical DR architecture models utilizing knowledge of industry and technical trends (Technical).

4 Uses Catalyst phases, activities and tasks as a basis for developing estimates and team plans (Methodology).

5 Leads a team of 6-10 resources (company, client and third-party resources) in area of expertise to conclusion of a project phase (Management).

6 Interprets business requirements and translates them into technical requirements (Business).

7 Manages client expectations and balances the needs of the company and client to ensure satisfaction for both (Relationship Management).

8 Influences decisions and project direction at the executive level (Relationship Management).

9 Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel (Leadership).
