We are looking for a DRA Certified Caller to join our collections team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding outstanding dues, following up on payments, handling customer queries professionally, and achieving assigned collection and calling targets.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, confidence, patience, and a professional approach while dealing with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments and dues.
- Communicate payment-related information clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment commitments.
- Negotiate and encourage customers to clear outstanding dues as per process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure all customer interactions are conducted professionally and ethically.

Required Skills

- Valid DRA Certification is mandatory.




- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of English typing and speaking in Hindi and Marathi as required for the process.
- Basic computer knowledge and good with the typing.

Experience: Minimum Qualification 12th Pass.

Freshers and experienced both are welcomed.
