Essential Job Functions:

- Support DORA CIF identification work which will take MVB as outset and investigate further with CIF criteria

- Develop defendable position for DORA CIF and get to defendable position

- Develop CIF identification criteria based on input/feedback, taking MVB as outset

- Identify MVB CIF requirement controls

- Identify MVB CIFs supporting Services, application and 3rd party providers with agreed CIF identification criteria

- Enhance Strategic BIA methodology to be leveraged to identify sustainable CIFs

- Facilitate workshops/interviews to extract input from stakeholders from various backgrounds

- Support on embedment into line organisation

- Work as part of BCCM RRP responsibility for DORA CIF identification

Qualifications:

- Exp: 6 To 9 years

- Experience within financial sector

- Experience with Operational risk/non-financial risk processes, BCCM and IT continuity processes

- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into requirements towards workstreams in risk reduction programme

- Experience with MVB and BIAs

- Understanding of DORA





- Strong facilitation and communication skills as role will drive workshops with multiple application SMEs and stakeholders

- Experience with regulatory compliance and implementation

- Knowledge of business continuity and crisis management frameworks

- Understanding of critical infrastructure and functions identification
