About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Domestic Recruiter with 3-6 years of hands-on recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for various business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills, with the ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals,

and networking.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and closing activities.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and

recruitment priorities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

Required Skills
- 4-5 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder

management.
- Experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Finance, or Corporate roles.
- Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment

channels.
- Strong screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple requirements

simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and recruitment best practices.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
