**Position: Domestic Staffing recruiter

Location: Visakhapatnam

Shift Timing: Day Shift

Experience : 4-6 years** Transport: Pick and Drop Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding for contract and permanent positions of Technical and Non-Technical roles.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster), social media (LinkedIn), ATS, and advanced internet sourcing techniques.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth process and timely follow-ups.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage the offer process through to candidate acceptance and onboarding.




- Maintain a robust pipeline of pre-vetted candidates for a variety of domestic staffing roles.
- Analyze and understand open job requirements to identify qualified candidates effectively.
- Participate in daily team huddles with management and account managers to ensure all active roles are covered and closures are managed efficiently.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in domestic staffing.
- Strong sourcing skills using both traditional job boards and modern social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM tools.
