About The Job:

- The Domain Technical Architect plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality solutions within the SAVIYNT and Java development domains.

This role emphasizes collaboration with teams to ensure adherence to defined standards, while also focusing on knowledge transfer and skill development to mitigate delivery risks.

- The Architect is instrumental in aligning technology solutions with client requirements and industry standards.
- We are seeking an experience Saviynt Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using the Saviynt Identity Cloud platform.

- The role involves defining solution architecture, leading customer workshops, driving large scale implementations, and providing technical leadership for identity governance initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, access governance, role management, certifications, and cloud identity integrations.
- In addition, the candidate should possess knowledge of emerging identity security capabilities, including Non-Human Identity (NHI) Governance, AI Agent Governance, Agentic AI for application onboarding, AI powered access recommendations, and Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) to help organizations securely govern human, machine, and AI identities.

- The architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, and implementation teams to deliver scalable, secure,



and compliant identity solutions while enabling customers to adopt AI technologies with robust identity governance and risk management.

Essential Job Functions:

- Architect And Design Scalable Solutions Using Saviynt And Java Technologies, Ensuring Alignment With Product And Sustenance Delivery Standards.
- Lead Training Sessions And Knowledge-Sharing Initiatives Within The Team To Develop Expertise In Saviynt And Java, Ensuring An Adequate Supply Of Skilled Resources.
- Gather And Analyze Client Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions, Demonstrating A Solid Understanding Of Domain Requirements And Technology Capabilities.

- Stay Updated With Emerging Technologies And Best Practices In Saviynt And Java Development, Ensuring That Solutions Meet Current Quality Standards And Client Objectives.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing and architecting Saviynt Identity Cloud solutions.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale IGA implementation, cloud identity integrations, and identity governance programs.

- Experience or strong understanding of Non-Human Identity (NHI) governance, AI Agent governance, and Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM).
- Strong knowledge of Identity Governance, RBAC, ABAC, SoD, Certifications and provisioning.
- Experience integrating HR systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, ServiceNow, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise applications.

- Experience designing scalable identity architectures and migration strategies.

Skill Requirements:




- Proficient In Saviynt And Java Development With A Strong Understanding Of Architectural Principles.
- Solid Understanding Of Solution Design Methodologies And Best Practices.
- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Effective Team Collaboration And Client Interactions.
- In-Depth Knowledge Of Current Technology Trends And Their Application In Solution Delivery.

Other Requirements:
- Optional But Valuable: Relevant Certifications In Saviynt And Java (E.G., Saviynt Certified Architect, Oracle Certified Professional: Java Se Developer)
