- Administer and configure business applications including ConnectWise, Microsoft CRM, and Ivanti
- Provide end-user support by diagnosing and resolving application issues
- Conduct application testing, including regression and recent functionality tests
- Maintain accurate documentation for changes, configurations, and system processes

- Support application users under guidance of Senior Administrator
- Follow Agile and SDLC methodologies in all configuration tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for issue resolution
