- Update and maintain staff schedules using scheduling system
- Assist in resolving schedule conflicts and escalate as necessary
- Communicate and collaborate across locations to share staff resources and best practices
- Assist in managing utilization of staff and aid in meeting charge hour and engagement budgets
- Schedule events and activities with broad scope such as staff meetings, department trainings, and more
- Identify and share ways to continuously improve, apply innovation and support at all levels
- Contribute to the implementation of people strategies in collaboration with other People Team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience qualified services industry preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated comfort with systems, data and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing assignments
- Ability to effectively communicate across various levels
- Ability to handle confidential information, apply tact and discretion in sensitive situations
