Sr.Area Sales Manager Aluminium Doors & Windows Sales & Marketing
NCL Buildtek is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Area Sales Manager to oversee Aluminium doors & windows sales. This role involves achieving ambitious sales targets, fostering strong client relationships, and strategically expanding our presence in both retail and project segments within the assigned area. You'll also provide essential support to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Aluminium doors & windows sales in the assigned area, providing operational support as needed.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
- Identify and engage direct clients , leveraging strong project sales experience to meet with Architects, Builders, and Contractors for lead generation and business development.




- Cultivate healthy relationships with current and existing project partners, encouraging product recommendations to their clients.
- Finalize orders by delivering exceptional sales experiences.
- Address client queries and provide comprehensive technical and non-technical explanations about their projects.
- Participate in regular company training sessions to deepen understanding of product technical aspects.
- Strategize and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Drive both Retail & Project Sales to maximize market penetration.
