Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Program Success Manager to manage relationships with strategic education partners, institutions, and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the education sector, and the ability to develop client relationships that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular visits to Schools and connects with the students/Staff/Management and Engage academically.
- Willingness to travel to Schools or institutions 4-5 days a week.
- Workshop/Hands on session to all stakeholders on use of product and its components.
- Learner Engagement and motivation.
- Conduct of Counselling sessions/PTMs on Academic Progress.
- Drive product adoption and ensure clients are maximizing the value of the platform, adopting to the metric shared. Ensuring the implementation of the program in the schools.
- Own end-to-end relationship management for assigned key clients (e.g., schools, colleges, training institutions, coaching centers).




- Collaborate with internal teams (sales & Delivery) to deliver seamless onboarding and support.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth and renewal within key accounts.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Pre- Sales support with Academic Acumen.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, Education, or a related field.
- 36 years of experience in Ed-Tech/K-12 Schools.
- Solid understanding of the education ecosystem (K12).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience on MS- Office.

Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in working with educational institutions or academic leadership.
- Passionate about using technology to improve learning outcomes.
- Startup experience or familiarity with fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of Competitive exams – JEE/ NEE
