Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day production activities of Smart Energy Meters.
- Monitor machine parameters and production output to maintain quality standards.
- Support shift-in-charge or senior engineers in machine setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Coordinate with Quality Control teams to address and resolve non-conformities or defects.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and raw material consumption logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Provide technical input to improve production efficiency and reduce material wastage.

Required Skills / Competencies:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operations.
- Understanding of quality control standards and procedures.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate production records.
- Awareness of safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles (5S).
